Each of the two characters uses a different type of language to express himself. One uses formal language and one uses informal language. Analyze the language of this interview and determine which character's language is formal and which is informal. Cite specific evidence to support your claim. Phillips uses formal language and Mr. Wilmuth uses informal language often because Mr. Phillip is a reporter. His making sure his listener on the radio can understand him clearly. Mr. Wilmuth is a farmer who use a lot of slang words in his daily conversation.
The examples of informal speech from the text is "Kinda like a fourt' of July rocket." and "I seen a kinda greenish streak and then zingo."
