Answer:

If the blood pressure of the person stays high for a continuous period of time then the person is termed as a patient of hypertension.

The disease of hypertension is also accompanied by the blood sugar or kidney disease.

If the systolic or diastolic blood pressure if stays more than 130/ 80 mm of hg. This is the condition in which if the blood pressure stays at this rate for longer period of time is considered as hypertension.
