You can use Pythagorean theorm to solve.

a^2 + b^2 = c^2
C = 3959 + 2.9 = 3961.9

x = ???? = a
b = 3959
Plugin our data.

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

a^2 + 3959^2 = 3961.9^2

a^2 + 15673681 = 15696651.61

a^2 = 22970.61

√(a^2) = sqrt{22970.61}

a = 151.560

x = 151.560

x = 151.6
