Question 14)

y-intercept is the point where the value of x is zero. So if we substitute x=0 in the given equation, we can find the y-intercept of the given equation.

Equation is:

7x - 3y = -14

Using x = 0, we get:

7(0) - 3y = -14

-3y = -14

so,

y = 14/3

Thus, the y-intercept will be (0,14/3)

Question 15)

In order to convert the given equation to slope intercept form, we isolate y on left hand side of the equation and the rest of the terms on right hand side of the equation.

3x - 2y = 1 \\ \\ 3x - 1 = 2y \\ \\ 2y=3x-1 \\ \\ y= (3)/(2)x- (1)/(2)

The above equation is the slope intercept form of the equation. So option D gives the correct answer
