a) Triangle WXV
b) Triangle WVY
c) Triangle VXY

For the similar triangles, the ratio of their corresponding sides is always equal.

From Triangle WXV, we are given the ratio WX/WV.
The side corresponding to WX, in Triangle WVY will be WY and side corresponding to WV will be WY.

So, we can write:

WX/WV = WV/WY

Moreover,
The side corresponding to WX, in Triangle VXY will be VX and side corresponding to WV will be VY.

So, we can write:
