Why wouldn't Julius Caesar be considered a tragic hero in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar?

A. Julius Caesar was a fallen, high-ranking character with tragic flaws, but he had no heroic struggle.

B. Julius Caesar was not a high-ranking character; because of his death, he was never crowned king.

C. Julius Caesar was a high-ranking character who fell but,
except for ambition, had no tragic flaws.

D. Julius Caesar was not well loved and had not flaws.
