f(x)=x^2+5\\\\f(a+h)=(a+h)^2+5=a^2+2ah+h^2+5\\\\f(a)=a^2+5\\\\f(a+h)-f(a)=(a^2+2ah+h^2+5)-(a^2+5)=a^2+2ah+h^2-a^2-5=2ah+h^2
