Assuming this is a true or false question, false.

Though different external, environmental factors may affect intelligence, differences in intelligence are not limited to this alone. IQ is also considered to be greatly affected by genetics and often times twins separated and living in different environments still have similar intelligences.

Hopefully this helps! And please let me know the correct answer. I'm sorry, but I can't be certain of this one. I'm simply using former knowledge and my own logic.
