You work at a T-shirt printing business. Of 1,300 T-shirts shipped, 106 are imperfect. If you choose a T-shirt at random from the shipment, what is the probability that it is printed correctly? Write the probability as a percent.

The correct answer is 8%. 106/1300 = 0.08, which is 8% when converted to a fraction. Hope this helps! <3

It is given in the question that

You work at a T-shirt printing business. Of 1,300 T-shirts shipped, 106 are imperfect.

So out of 1300 T-shirts, number of perfect t-shirts are

1300-106=1194

So probability that the t-shirt is printed correctly is

= (1194)/(1300)=0.92

And to find the percentage, we have to multiply it by 100, and on doing so we will get 92 % .
