When u translate, (x-4,y) will move ? Please help someone due today

The rule of going from (x,y) to (x-4,y) will have the point move 4 units to the left. The point will not move up or down.

The given rule is

(x,y)->(x-4,y)

Because of x-4, the x coordinates move by 4 units to the left side, and y coordinate remains the same.

Therefore on using the given rule, the point will move by 4 units left. And that's the required answer.
