C:D = 2:3

Then C:(C+D) = 2:(2+3) = 2:5. That is, C = 2/5 of the total of C+D.

The total of complementary angles C and D is 90°.

C = 2/5*90° = 36°
D = 90° - 36° = 54°

The measure of ∠C is 36°.
The measure of ∠D is 54°.
