A Las Vegas hotel wants to provide a better experience for its rapidly growing customer base from China. The hotel can best do this by hiring Kristin, a Chinese restaurant owner who likes to cook authentic food. Brian, a Mandarin interpreter who loves to interact with groups of all sizes. Sam, a sign-language interpreter who prefers to work with small groups. Rebecca, an event planner who wants to work with international tourists.

Brian, a Mandarin interpreter who loves to interact with groups of all sizes. Brian would be able to facilitate the needs of the Chinese travelers in a broader sense than the others. Kristin would primarily be focused on food. Sam would only be able to serve the needs of those who speak sign language. Rebecca specializes in event planning. Brian would allow travels less fluent in English to take advantage of all the available features, amenities, and travel advice the hotel has to offer by bridging the language barrier.
