Answer:

B. P = 1/3 ; a = 4

Explanation:

AN exponential function is a function where you have an exponent and that exponent can elevate a number at a certain level, the values of P and A are different, but as you can see A is the one that is being elevated to an exponent by X, so in order for the function to be exponential A must have a greater value than 1, it could be 1.1 or even 1.000001 but otherwise it won´t grow exponentially, so the only option where A is greate than 1 is B. P = 1/3 ; a = 4 , and that´s the correct answer.

f(x)=a^x\\\\if\ a > 1\ then\ a\ function\ is\ an\ exponential\ growth\ function

therefore\ answer\ is:\\\\B.\ P=3;\ a=4
