Hello!

First we have to find the radius of the base

To do this we use the equation

r = (C)/(2 \pi )

r is radius
C is circunferce

Put in what you know

r = (8.5)/(2 \pi )

r ≈ 1.35

Now we use the equation to find the volume of a cylinder which is

V = \pi r^(2) h

V is volume
r is radius
h is height

Put in the values you know

V = \pi 1.35^(2) * 11

V ≈ 62.98

The answer is about 62.98

Hope this helps!
