Solution:

Median means middle value of the data.

Data set when arranged in ascending or descending order,

If number of observation is even, i.e n

Median =
((n)/(2) observation +(n+1)/(2) observation)/(2)

If number of observation is odd, i.e n

Median =
(n)/(2)

If you arrange the data in ascending order , the bar graph will show sharp incline.

When you arrange the data in descending order , the bar graph will show sharp decline.

Now, if you will draw the bar graph without interfering at the data chances are it may show decline and then incline or incline and then decline.

Option (A) A bar graph that forms a gradual incline and a sharp decline of values and

Option (D) A bar graph that forms a sharp incline and a gradual decline of values

appears correct .
