Hello!
To find the mean you add all the numbers and divide the sum by the amount of numbers added
14 + 19 + 18 + 12 + 22 + 15 + 16 + 16 + 14 + 14 + 21 + 20 = 201
Divide the sum by the amount of numbers added
201 / 12 = 16.75
The answer is C) 16.75

The answer is c. add them all together then divide them by how many they are. in this case, I divided them by 12
