For this case we have a function of the form:
y = A (b) ^ x
Where,
A: initial amount
b: decrease rate
x: time
We have then:
b = 0.15
Therefore the percentage of decrease is:
(1-0.15) * 100 = 75%
Answer:
75%
option 3
