Vitamin D. Though breast milk having contents like water, fat, carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, vitamins and the rest. it lacks vitamin D. Very few foods in nature contain vitamin D. The best sources of vitamin D are flesh of fatty fish and fish liver oils.
