Answer: Fog

The substance most likely classified as colloid is fog for they are mixtures whose particles are larger than the size of a molecule but smaller than particles and can be seen with the naked eye. Moreover, a fog describes the Tyndall effect, where a strong light is shone through a colloidal dispersion; the light beam becomes visible, like a column of light during a foggy night.
