Engaging yourself with physical activity have an impact in all aspects of our health. Physically, exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer.

Socially, increase fitness can provide an opportunity for increased social contact and interaction. Mentally/emotionally, it blocks negative thoughts or distract people from daily worries because the body secretes endorphins that may lift mood and improve sleep patterns.

Physical activity can provide health benefits like providing weight loss, osteoporosis and reduce arthritis pain. In social aspect, it would provide recreation and offer socialization and for mental can improve creativity and for emotional can reduce stress and anxiety as well as depression also then.
