B)-2x^2-3 is a transformation of f(x)=x^2: Stretch the graph vertically by a factor of 2, reflect the resulting graph in the x-axis, and then shift the entire resulting graph down by 3 units. The graph will still look like a parabola that opens down.

Answers to C and D are very similar, except that we compress the graph of x^2 v ertically by a factor of (1/2).

None of these A, B, C, D is wrong.
