Given a cube with a volume of 18 cm3, what is the volume of a square pyramid that can fit perfectly inside the cube?

A square pyramid with the same height and base as a cube always has 1/3 the cube's volume.

Thus, we must find 1/3 of 18.

1/3 x 18/1 = 6.

Hence, the volume of the pyramid is 6cm cubed!
