Ainsley claims that a rectangle is sometimes a parallelogram but a parallelogram is always a rectangle. Is she correct?

Yes, because a rectangle will always be a rectangle. This is easy, actually read it!

No. The definition of a parallelogram is a figure with two sets of parallel sides. The definition of a rectangle is a figure with 2 sets of equal sides and 4 equal angles. So a rectangle is always a parallelogram, and a parallelogram is sometimes a rectangle.
