The best dosage schedule of pill type ā€œEā€ is to take one pill every 12 hours based on the maximum tolerance level of 7 mcg/cc and the minimum effective level of 2 mcg/cc. By taking the pill every 12 hours, an overdose will be prevented and there will be an assurance that the patient can comply or take the pill in a given dosage schedule.

If the patient continues to take the pill on the same dosage schedule, the drug levels in the blood and in a target organ through time will continue to increase steady until an overdose occurs while taking Pill Type C in the Gizmo. From the dosage schedule of one pill every two hours the drug will accumulate in the blood and the organ cannot eliminate all the drug particles out of the body so an overdose can happen.
