Radius of circle= r=10 units

You can find the area of sector by using the proportion
Area of sector/ Area of circle = Central angle/ total angle of circle
Area of sector = (Central angle/ total angle of circle) * Area of circle
Area of sector = (θ/360)*(π(10)²)
=(120/360)*(100π)

Option D is correct
