The surface area of sphere is
A=4 \pi R^(2)=4 \pi 3^(2)=36\pi and the volume is
V= (4)/(3) \pi R^(3)=(4)/(3) \pi 3^(3)=(108)/(3) \pi=36\pi.
If you want to count the ratio between surface area and volume, it will be equal to
(36\pi )/(36\pi)=1.
