Surface area of a cylinder is calculating the 2 bases then the lateral area.
Since d = 7 Then r = 3.5 and at that point a simple equation can be used
2(pi)rh+2(pi)r^2
Therefore
2(pi)(3.5)(19)+2(3.5)(pi)^2
=494.8
