For this case, what you must have is the following:
You must subtract each term from each matrix with its corresponding term.
Since it is a subtraction of matrices, the dimensions of the matrix must be the same.

The correct answer is option A
The The solution is as following
a₁₁ = -6 - -5 = -1
a₁₂ = -4 - 5 = -9
a₂₁ = 6 - - 4 = 10
a₂₂ = 0 - - 1 = 1
a₃₁ = 6 - 6 = 0
a₃₂ = 4 - - 4 = 8
