The answer is C. An easy way to tell which inequality matches with which graph is to look at the inequality, find the number on the number line ( ex. the number for this one is 10) and the sign should make an arrow pointing which way to make the arrow on the graph (it was a greater than sign, so the arrow points right). To determine whether the circle is shaded or not depends whether it’s greater than/less than or greater than AND equal to/less than AND equal to. A shaded circle means greater than or equal to/less than or equal to, while an empty circle means just greater than or less than.
