That would be 15 people per row.
To get this do 60/4. This equal 15.

Hey there! :)
60 people in 4 rows.
We can very easily find the unit rate if we divide 60 by 4!
So, how many times can 4 go into 60?
60 ÷ 4 = 15
So, our unit rate is 15!
