We can find the least square regression line and its equation using the Microsoft Excel tool or any Online Calculator. All the calculations can also be performed by hand,but that would be a lengthy procedure.

Enter the given values in first two columns. Then go to insert tab and insert a scatter plot for the given data. The graph is shown in the attached figure. From the graph we can that the equation of least square equation line is
y = 5.5x + 52

Thus, option B is the correct answer
