For the answer to the question above, I think since there are only two numbers in the given sequence that are even or greater than 78. I think the probability would be 0.4

The chance to pick something= valid picks/all possibilities
of your numbers 76, 78 and 79 fulfill "even or greater than 78" and you have 5 numbers in total
chance=
(3)/(5)=
(6)/(10)=0.6

So there is a 60% probability to pick a number which is even or greater than 78
