The correct answer is the preconscious mind.

The preconscious according to Freud refers to thoughts that are unconscious at a given moment, however, they are not repressed and can thus become conscious or be recalled easily. An example of the preconscious mind is your telephone number. In a given moment you might not be thinking about your telephone number, but the moment you need to jot it down on a form, it becomes available in your conscious mind.
