How do you determine the Vertex as an ordered pair when #f(x)=3(x+2)^2-1#?

The function is in vertex form: y = a(x - h)² + k where (h, k) is the vertex

Based on the vertex form: h = -2 and k = -1
Vertex (-2, -1)
