In developmental biology, the whole cloning involves an enucleated oocyte or egg cell and implanting a donor nucleus from a somatic cell of an animal into a viable embryo through the somatic cell nuclear transfer. This technique is used in both reproductive and therapeutic cloning.

The answer is the transfer genetic material from the nucleus of a donor adult cell to an egg whose nucleus has been removed that is called a reproductive cloning. It also occurs in the process called somatic cell nuclear transfer. The transfer of a DNA portion of awareness from one organism to a self-replicating genetic element such as a bacterial plasmid.
