Add together 10 3/10 lb and 8 3/10 lb. 10 plus 8 is 18, and 3/10 plus 3/10 is 6/10.

Thus, the total weight of the seafood is 18 6/10 lb, or 18 3/5 lb, or

18 lb + (3/5)(16 oz / lb) = 18 lb 9.6 oz.
