We know that,
Frequency =
\frac{\text{speed of light}}{wavelenght}

Given: wavelength = 560 nm = 560 X 10^-9 m
Also we know that, speed of light = 3 X 10^8 m/s

∴ Frequency =
\frac{\text{3X10^8}}{560X10^-9}
= 5.357 X 10^14 Hz.

Thus, frequency of chlorine’s spectral light is 5.357 X 10^14 Hz.
