If we are solving for x, first add 1.8 on both sides and then divide by 2 on both sides to isolate the variable. That would be your answer

Hey there,
Move 1.8 to the other side by adding 1.8+2.4
You get 2x=4.2
Divide each side by 2 to get x by itself
X=2.1
