Every Shakespeare fan should know this, it's Benedick, the lady charmer, who in my opinion had the best relationship to be remembered with Beatrice, in Much Ado about nothing

Hello there!
The character who says "....I am loved by all ladies...", would be the character Benedick, from Shakespeare's's "Much Ado About Nothing".
Hope this helps!
