Hey there!

If
h = 4 then we can solve this problem easier!

So,
4(3(4) - 6)

We have to change the symbol but
6 remains as a negative number

We got that out of the way, lets move onto the next step!

4(3)(4) + (-6)

4(3)(4) + 4(-6)

4(3)(4) = 48 \\ \\ 4(3) = 12 \\ \\ 12(4) = 48

4(-6) = -24

Since, the
24 was a negative, we have to change the addition symbol BACK TO the Subtraction symbol

48 - 24 = 24

Therefore, your answer would most likely be:
24 (option B)

Good luck on your assignment and enjoy your day!
