• Skillet: a frying pan
** You may need to make up some measurements and rearrange the order of the steps in your revision.
Passage
When you cook up some pancakes, you gotta make sure you mix up a little milk with an egg and some flour.
Just eyeball it. I dunno how much, but get it so that it's not too thick and not too watery. Know what I mean?
Then you gotta put the pan on medium heat and pour in some mixed up pancake batter. Oh, you should put
some butter in the pan first. Then, when they're hot like whoa all the way through, take your flippy-thingy and
flip 'em over, then pour some syrup on 'em and chow down!

When cooking pancakes, mix 1 ¼ cup milk, 1 egg, and 1 ½ cup flour. The mixture should not be too thick and not too watery. After mixing, put the skillet on medium heat and put a small amount of butter before pouring the batter, using ¼ cup for each pancake. When the pancakes are hot, flip them over with a spatula to cook both sides. They are finished when both sides of the pancakes are golden brown. You can serve the pancakes hot topped with syrup.
