The answer is
"it is called a clique".
A clique in the sociology, is a gathering of people who communicate with each other and offer comparable interests. Interacting with inner circles is a piece of regularizing social advancement paying little mind to sexual orientation, ethnicity or prevalence. In spite of the fact that cliques are most usually considered amid puberty and center youth improvement, they exist in all age gatherings.
