She will have to pay $2,700.
She is starting with a bill of $11,000. If we subtract the 1500 grant and 5000 scholarship, she has left a bill of 4500.
She is going to earn 40% of it, so she still have to pay 60% of it.
0.6 x 4500 = 2700
