Given there are 5 blue marbles and 8 orange marbles.

Total number of marbles in the bag =5+8=13.

Probability of Polly drawing an orange marble =
(8)/(13)

As the marbles are replaced .

Probability of Perry drawing an orange marble =
(8)/(13)

The probability that both Polly and Perry draw an orange marble from the bag =
(8)/(13) x (8)/(13 )

Option D is the right answer.
