Hello!
To find the center of the circle given two points you first find how many spaces are between the points vertically and horizontally
There are 8 spaces horizontally
There are 6 spaces vertically
The center of the circle is going to be 4 spaces up and 3 spaces over from the lowest point
Add 4 to the x value and 3 to the y value of the lowest point
-3 + 4 = 1
-2 + 3 = 1
The center is at point (1, 1)
The answer is (1, 1)
Hope this helps!
