Hello.
1 meter = 1000 millimeters.
3.2 * 1000 = 3200 millimeters
So no, 3.2 meters is not equal to 320 millimeters.

1 meter = 100 centimetres
3.2 meter = 3.2 x 100 = 320 centimetres
1 centimetre = 10 millimetres
320 cm = 320 × 10 = 3200 millimetres
Answer : 3200 millimeters
