What does the suffix ism means in capitalism ​

Answer :-

Suffixes change the meaning of a word. In this case, "capital" is the country's trade and industry (what we would use to earn money for our country). By adding -ism, you are changing the meaning to being an economic system, or rather, the way (act of) making money
