Vapor pressure is inversely proportional to a substance's boiling point. So it means the one with lowest vapor pressure has the highest boiling point. CO2, BF3, He, and PF5 are non-ionic compounds (not to mention gases) so that they have (somewhat) low boiling points. BeCl2 is the answer because it has the highest boiling point at 482°C .
