The answer is "Psychosocial development".

Erikson's stages of psychosocial development, is a complete psychoanalytic hypothesis that distinguishes a progression of eight phases, in which a healthy individual should go through from earliest stages to late adulthood. All stages are available during childbirth, however just start to unfurl as indicated by both a characteristic plan and one's natural and social childhood.
