The exact cause of Alzheimer diseases is not fully known, but there are a few things that linked to higher risk of developing Alzheimer disease. Alzheimer is found more in people with apolipoprotein E (ApoE) gene that has ε4 form. The brain of Alzheimer patient also has abnormal clump called amyloid plaques and bundle of fiber called tau.
